Encompasses increased cybersecurity, disaster-resilient society, climate-neutral production, sustainable renovation of buildings, and synergies with other programmes. Topics related to:

Who can be the beneficiaries for Horizon Europe Cluster 3?

Depending on the specific rules for each topic, a wide variety of entities are accepted from SMEs to large entities, universities, or even research and technology organizations (RTOs), amongst others.

Consortiums with at least 3 entities from 3 different EU countries. The budget varies depending on the topic between 16 EUR million and 41,70 EUR million.

What is the deadline?

The 25 topics are open until 20th of November until 20th of November. The funding rates goes from 70% (innovation actions) to 100% (Research and Innovation Actions, and Coordination and Support Actions). There are no duration rules, but typically between 2-4 years.

What are the eligible projects for Horizon Europe Cluster 3?

Research, development, and innovation project with top level technologies, specifically:

It addresses the challenges presented by ongoing security threats, such as cybercrime, and natural and human-induced disasters. It aims to enhance cybersecurity measures, particularly in the context of smart buildings and the digitalization of building processes. Participating with public entities related to security is highly recommended in most of the topics.
